EBPQ Scoring

Each item on the questionnaire is scored from 1-7 (i.e. 1=Poor – 7= best) and an average score can then be calculated for each subscale (Practice (1), Attitudes (2) and Knowledge/Skills (3)).

SEBPQ Scoring

Each item on the questionnaire is scored from 1-7 (i.e. 1=Poor – 7= best) and an average score can then be calculated for each subscale (Practice (1), Attitudes (2) Retrieving and Reviewing the Evidence (3) and Sharing and Applying EBP (4)).
